Our Affordable Housing division, Lovell, transforms communities by providing imaginative and innovative housing that meets local needs. It operates in three core markets:

Existing local authority housing stock

Working under the Government’s Decent Homes Programme to refurbish existing stock.

New build social housing

Working in partnership with Registered Social Landlords and local authorities to complete new homes for social rent and shared ownership.

Open market new build

Developing and constructing affordable homes for sale on the open market.

Lovell has particular expertise in mixed tenure developments which are schemes that contain a mix of homes for rent, homes for sale under shared ownership or shared equity and affordable homes for sale to the open market.
