Morgan Sindall, the construction, infrastructure and design business of the Morgan Sindall Group, has helped 21 apprentices qualify for a bright future this week after they graduated from Trafford College.
The apprentices’ three-year course combined studying at the college with attending Morgan Sindall’s specialist training centres in Nottinghamshire and Wolverhampton as well as assisting on the company’s projects. The nine electricity jointing and 12 mains and services gas graduates will now join the existing Morgan Sindall workforce.
“Our learning and development programme helps to ensure that we secure the workforce of the future,” says Andy Crowder, managing director of Utility Services at Morgan Sindall. “I wholeheartedly congratulate the apprentices on completing their qualifications and welcome them into the project teams where I am sure they will go from strength to strength.”
