Bluestone wins £6.4 million Staffordshire contract

Morgan Sindall’s construction company Bluestone has won a £6.4 million contract to build a three-storey office block and eight industrial units for networkspace - a joint venture between developers Langtree Group plc and the Government’s national regeneration agency, English Partnerships - at the Keys Park networkcentre in Hednesford, near Cannock in Staffordshire.

The Keys Park networkcentre will create a total minimum 5,052 sq metres gross internal area, comprising 1,618m sq metres of industrial space and 3,434 sq metres of office accommodation.

The project is expected to be completed by February 2008.
