Morgan Sindall’s affordable housing business Lovell has received a top rating from homebuyers in the HBF (Home Builders Federation) National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The company received five stars – the highest possible score – from customers questioned in the annual survey.
More than 90 per cent of buyers surveyed who had bought new homes from Lovell were satisfied with the overall quality of their home while the same percentage said they would recommend the company to a friend.
