Glasgow-based affordable housing developer and regeneration specialist Lovell has again achieved the national Customer Service Excellence Standard for its customer-focused approach.
Glasgow Business Park-based Lovell, which employs 320 people in Scotland, has now held the Standard since 2011.
The assessor's report said the company had 'a deep understanding and a commitment to Customer Service Excellence', from senior management to operational staff. The report highlighted a number of areas where Lovell's performance was exceptional, including the development of customer-focused services through its recruitment and training activity. The report also singled out Lovell's work supporting community and local organisations. The Standard tests organisations in a number of areas, including delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism, staff attitude and customer insight.
Lovell regional director Alan Taylor says: "To retain the Customer Service Excellence Standard is very pleasing. Our customers are our most important people and I know that our team do their utmost to ensure that we continue to provide them with the best possible service."
