Lovell showed its commitment to the community by supporting an entertainment-packed festival event organised by Llanharry & Tylagarw Community Association.
Lovell, which is building new brand-new homes at the Bryn Celyn development at Llanharry, was among the sponsors of the Llanharry Festival which drew the crowds with attractions ranging from live bands and dancing to classic cars, motorcycles and an art show. The company also sponsored a shield presented to winners of the five-a-side football tournament held by Llanhari Primary School and sponsored the 'player of the match' award, which went to five-year-old Evan Holbrook.
Llanharry & Tylagarw Community Association chairman Nigel Pittard says: "We were really pleased with the event and delighted with the turnout. We had some great feedback from the people who came along and the children had a fantastic time. We're very grateful for Lovell's support. Help from our sponsors is extremely important to us – we couldn't put on something like this without them."
Lovell community liaison officer Bernadette Vickery says: "The festival really brought everyone together and it was wonderful to see such strong community spirit. We were very glad to be able to get involved and play a part in helping the event happen."
Lovell currently has a range of three- and four-bedroom homes available at Bryn Celyn, with three-bedroom properties starting at £160,000 for the popular Raglan house style. The development sits on the edge of the beautiful Vale of Glamorgan, with Cowbridge, Bryn Sadler and Pontyclun all nearby, and it also offers easy access to Cardiff.
