Morgan Sindall’s affordable housing and regeneration business Lovell is set to start work in February on a £9 million housing regeneration development in Carlisle.
The development is the third phase of a major regeneration scheme at the city’s Raffles estate. Lovell will build 77 new homes for sale, including three- and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom bungalows at Thomlinson Avenue and Brookside. The homes are set for completion in 2010.
The 77-home development is the latest phase of a major regeneration programme which is being driven by a partnership of the local community, Carlisle City Council, Lovell and Carlisle Housing Association.
