Lovell wins £76m housing improvement project

Hammersmith & Fulham Housing Management Services (HFHMS) has selected Lovell, the affordable housing business of Morgan Sindall, to work on its major Decent Homes housing modernisation programme in west London.

Lovell will be carrying out £32 million of improvement work to 2,300 homes in the Hammersmith Central area over four years. The company will also be undertaking modernisation work worth £44 million to 2,900 homes in the Fulham North area. The work is due to start in January 2007.

Lovell is one of five contractors appointed by HFHMS to bring housing stock up to the Government’s Decent Homes standard by 2010.
