Morgan Ashurst to build £10.1 million next phase of Wolverhampton College redevelopment

Morgan Sindall’s construction division Morgan Ashurst has been chosen to deliver the latest phase of redevelopment works at Wolverhampton College.

The £10.1 million scheme will see Morgan Ashurst demolish a number of existing structures to make way for the new buildings at the College’s Bilston Campus.

The company will then create specialist facilities for construction and engineering, a nursery and play area and a new sports hall with support facilities including Academy-standard sports pitches.

The new facilities will bring the rest of the College up to date with the new entrance building created in 2002 during the first phase of works.

Work is due to be completed in March 2009.
