The awards, which recognise the best-kept sites in the country, were announced at 11 regional ceremonies held across the country during the past month.
Of the winning Morgan Sindall projects, two achieved Gold – Milton Primary School in Lanarkshire and Holywell Primary School, Hertfordshire. Holywell was also named Runner Up for the Most Considerate Site award, marking the first time Morgan Sindall has been recognised in this category. Two joint venture projects also received Silver awards: the Carillion Morgan Sindall joint venture A1 Dishforth to Leeming project, and the bmJV M62 Managed Motorways scheme.
Brian Handcock, Head of Sustainability and Environment, said: "We are absolutely delighted at Morgan Sindall's achievement in this year's Considerate Constructors Scheme awards. To receive this many accolades is a record for us, and demonstrates that our sites are being recognised for their professionalism and performance. I would like to thank every member of our site teams, whose continued focus on responsibility and community involvement is a credit to Morgan Sindall."
