Morgan Sindall, the construction and infrastructure business of Morgan Sindall Group plc, has today been reappointed to the Improvement and Efficiency South East (iESE) framework.
Morgan Sindall has been appointed to all four frameworks bands covering projects worth £1 million to over £25 million and will compete with seven other contractors on the four-year framework. The value of the framework is expected to be in the region of £1 billion. Its predecessor framework delivered contracts valued in excess of £1.5 billion, with Morgan Sindall securing 45 projects worth over £225 million.
The iESE framework is available for use by public sector organisations across the South East to procure major building works. Projects will include the complete spectrum of new build and refurbishment schemes in education, health and community buildings such as libraries and sports facilities.
“Morgan Sindall worked successfully under the previous iESE framework and our reappointment is testament to the quality of construction we delivered,” says Paul Smith, chief executive of Morgan Sindall Group plc. “We look forward to extending our relationships with the public sector bodies that use the framework and further cementing our reputation in the region over the course of the next four years.”
