    6,600 people with a broad range of expertise deliver every stage of our projects. Empowering and developing our people has ensured 34% stay with us 6 years or more to pass on their knowledge and experience.

  • High-quality supply chain

    Our trusted national network of suppliers and subcontractors, aligned to our values and 'Perfect Delivery' philosophy, help us deliver great projects. Our decentralised approach means we can support local communities by using large and small local suppliers.  

  • Strong client and partner relationships

    We've formed long-term relationships and strategic alliances with clients and partners across the country. 22% of our current order book is in frameworks.

    We've invested in technology to create safer and more efficient processes. Through technology we're improving construction methods and enabling employees and subcontractors to continually increase productivity.
